Emerald Collection Suites

Magnifico soggiorno, la mini suite è un sogno, il personale meraviglioso, disponibili e attentissimi ai dettagli. Colazione a parte pagando 8€ a persona ottima! Posizione quasi perfetta, perché lontana il giusto dal caos del centro(1,5km da thira) fermata autobus a 300 mt che è il mezzo di trasporto migliore per vivere l’isola e la vacanza come si dovrebbe. Organizzatissimi ed economici, bus fino a tarda sera. Siamo appena andati via e già ci manca un sacco!

It´s a quiet place, 10min from bus stop and it´s easy to go on foot to Fira (if you like to walk, of course). The room was very cosy and clean, exactly as you see in the photos. The hosts were very friendly and help us a lot! The jacuzzi was a nice touch in our vacations :)

I like it that it’s in a quiet area but still have good access to Fira and Oia for more entertainments. It’s modern in the room with big bed. The staff were friendly!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great! My friend got married and Amanda (the front desk clerk) was so incredibly helpful through the whole process. She called our taxis when we needed them, set up ATV rentals, gave us recommendations for restaurants, called in take out food for us, she even called our hotel in Athens to make sure everything was set for when we arrived. She went above and beyond to make everything so easy and enjoyable for us. Our room was great. We stayed in room 207 with the hot tub outside. It was big and spacious, suitable for 3 people. There were robes and slippers, a hair dryer, even tooth brushes if you forgot. The best breakfast too! They can deliver it to the room and everything was still warm! It was a great place to stay and not far from Fira.

Never in my life have I seen such wonderful host work. This property exceeded every single one of our expectations. Amanda made sure all our needs were met before we even boarded our plane to Santorini. Every single one of our last-minute requests was met with a quick fix that ended up being so much more than we had hoped for. From dinner reservations to cruises and car rentals, she always made sure to book the best and ask about our experience when it was over. Both girls at the reception were always kind and helpful. The cleaning staff was discreet and thorough. The breakfast was personalized daily. The room was very clean and brand new and the price performance was almost unbelievable. We are still blown away. Amanda, thank you for giving us the most wonderful holiday we've ever had!

Gorgeous newly renovated building with local cave style architecture. Beautiful upgraded room with outdoor jacuzzi and view of the mountain! Wow! Big comfy bed. Everything clean and sparkling! Fresh towels every day. Robes and slippers available. Amazing healthy fresh breakfast served on a huge tray and can be eaten downstairs outside or delivered to your room. Manager Amanda and all the staff could not be more smiley or helpful! What a great welcome we got! My husband got help organising an ATV rental and taxi transfers and everything was so smooth. We also made great use of Amanda’s list of personal recommendations. Thank you! We loved Emerald Suites and recommend it highly!

DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS PLACE!! we loved EVERYTHING about it. The room was so comfortable and spacious, and felt like a mini santorini with its decor - some days we found it hard to leave!! The breakfasts were amazing and varied slightly each day, and we were given the option of room service for this too which was a lovely touch for lazy mornings. The pool area was so chilled out and tranquil. The beanbag sunbeds were so relaxing and great for sunbathing on. The staff were absolutely fantastic and our experience would not have been the same without them - Gigi was the kindest and friendliest host we have ever had - thank you for our honey it was absolutely delicious!! We were given THE BEST recommendations for drinks and dinners, which made our time at Santorini feel really worth while. The location was only a 5min scooter ride from Thira, and only a 20 minute max. ride to anywhere else we wanted to see. I loved not being any closer to thira than this, as it is extremely busy in the city and the location of this hotel is quiet and peaceful. Also - GREAT bakery at the top of the road by the bus stop, and lots of local supermarkets nearby for cheap snacks, fruits, and drink supplies. Thank you so much for your hospitality on our holiday!!! We will definitely come back here if we are to visit Santorini again and 100% recommend to all family and friends.
